Crystal Bowls, Flute, Toning and Chant will be our Meditation Guides!Candace Keach is a flutist and sound therapist who has been Principal Flutist of the Macon Symphony Orchestra for over 20 years. Candace transferred her experiences as a classically trained musician from the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston into the realm of intuitive performance and sound healing for which she has received wide acclaim from her enthusiastic audiences. She is highly trained in the art of sound healing and she enjoys teaching others about the archetypal elements of sound. Candace maintains a busy schedule of lectures, workshops and performances. Her work with Tibetan and Crystal bowls has resulted in facilitating the monthly gathering of the Atlanta Toning Circle and directing the Spiral of Sound Crystal Bowl Choir. Her CD, “As Above So Below”, has been embraced within the healing arts community as well as by mainstream music lovers. Her soon to be released book, “Total Immersion – a crystal bowl choir handbook” has been eagerly awaited by crystal bowl aficionados. www.SonicAngelMusic.com
Candace Keach is a flutist and sound therapist who has been Principal Flutist of the Macon Symphony Orchestra for over SOS Crystal Bowl Choir - After the huge impact of Spiral of Sound Crystal Bowl Choir’s meditation performance for 300 in attendance at the June 2006 Summer Solstice in Piedmont Park, this group, under the direction of Candace Keach, continues to perform for churches, healing centers and retreats. Their performances consist of crystal bowl layouts designed around sacred geometry and sacred sound. Past appearances have included the Cymatics Conference 2007, the World Congress Center for “Around the World in Oneness” Tour, St. James Episcopal Church, Atlanta Unity, Unity Christ Center, Trinity Church of Religious Science, Serenity Lakes and Phoenix and Dragon. For those interested in joining, SOS Crystal Bowl Choir rehearses from 7:30 - 9:30, every 1st Friday evening at the ASHA School of Massage for which the fee is $20 a month. It is not necessary to have your own bowl but it is necessary to attend an introductory class before joining ongoing rehearsals. Candace (770) 933-9334
